Your job is to help customers get unstuck and feel confident using Simplero.

Youโ€™ll respond to help requests through support tickets, answer questions, and troubleshoot issues. When needed, youโ€™ll record short screen-share videos to explain things clearly and simply.

Youโ€™ll also guide customers through setting up parts of their business โ€” for example, landing pages, email lists, and automations โ€” and help them understand how the pieces work together.

Lead live group and 1:1 support calls to walk our members through set up & questions directly.

You wonโ€™t be doing this alone โ€” youโ€™ll work closely with our product and customer success teams to share feedback, improve our documentation, and help make Simplero better for everyone.

And through it all, youโ€™ll bring patience, clarity, and a friendly tone โ€” even when someone is frustrated or overwhelmed.
