- Serve as theย primary point of contactย for incoming customer calls across multiple dealership locations
- Schedule and coordinateย service appointments, ensuring efficient resource allocation and customer convenience
- Manageย sales inquiry callsย and coordinate with sales teams to schedule test drives and consultations
- Maintainย accurate customer recordsย in dealership management systems
- Handleย high-volume call flowย with professionalism and efficiency
- Provideย exceptional customer serviceย while maintaining a friendly, professional demeanor
- Coordinate with various departments to ensureย smooth customer communication

Requirements
- Proven track record inย customer service, preferably in a high-volume call center environment

- Previous experienceย working remotely with US-based companies
