About the Role
Weโre looking for a highly organised and proactive Customer Service Representative fluent in French, Dutch, and English to support our European customer base. In this role, youโll be the key point of contact for clients, helping them onboard, engage with, and get maximum value from our safety solutions.
Youโll work closely with internal teams (Sales, Product, Inventory, Finance) and build trusted relationships with customers, ensuring they receive worldโclass service at every stage.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to develop both technical and soft skills while making a meaningful impact.
What Youโll Be Doing
Delivering exceptional inbound and outbound customer service and troubleshooting support.
Building strong, trusted relationships with key customer contacts through calls, meetings, and training.
Ensuring the successful setup of accounts and devices for new clients.
Monitoring customer activity, analysing usage reports, and helping improve service utilisation.
Managing queries, customer complaints, and case resolution within agreed KPIs.
Supporting onboarding, renewals, cancellations, and customer training sessions.
Handling GDPRโcompliant audio requests and supporting translation of materials when needed.
Participating in internal and external meetings and preparing required documentation.
Processing new EU orders via Salesforce and Insights.
What Weโre Looking For
Essential
Fluent in French, Dutch, and English (written & verbal).
At least 2 yearsโ experience in a customer service role.
Highly organised with excellent timeโmanagement skills.
Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner.
Practical problem solver with a proactive approach.
Able to work remotely with high reliability and selfโmotivation.
Strong Microsoft Office skills.
Preferred
Knowledge of Data Protection Regulations, ISO9001, ISO27001.
Experience using Salesforce or supporting technology-based services.
Strong influencing and relationshipโbuilding skills.
Experience identifying and escalating issues appropriately.
A proactive approach to process improvement.
